1. Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays.
2. Wear blue-filtering glasses to protect your eyes from digital devices (phone, tablet, computer, TV and fluorescent lights, for example) harmful blue light. 3. Take vitamins containing lutein, zeaxanthin and mezo-zeaxanthin to slow down (and possibly reverse mild cases). 4. If you smoke, quit. 5. Eat green leafy vegetables. Comments are closed.
