Answer: Yes, you can wear Toric contact lenses. Toric contacts were designed for those who have astigmatism. Ultraviolet will cause the macula (center of the back part of the eye) to degenerate. People affected by macular degeneration lose their center vision. The disease also creates starbursts, halos and causes blurry vision. Vision remains blurry even with glasses on. |
