Contact lens evaluation

Contact lens exam and fitting available for $79 when needed.

Second routine exam

A second routine comprehensive eye exam during the membership year is available for $100.

Join Vision Membership

Vision Membership costs $200 per year and automatically renews annually at $200 unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation does not end benefits already paid for during the current membership term.

Membership benefits apply to eligible routine vision care and qualifying eyewear purchases. Insurance and membership benefits do not stack on the same product or service. Eligible frames are available at member pricing up to 30% below regular price. Maui Jim is excluded. Emergency, medical, and problem-focused examinations are not discounted under the membership.
