👓 30-Day Frame Guarantee

If you are not thrilled with your frame, we will exchange it one time within 30 days.

• Frame must be in new condition (no scratches, breakage, or wear).
• If the new frame costs more, you pay the difference.
• If the new frame costs less, we refund the difference.

Medi-Cal frames are not covered under this guarantee and are limited to one frame every 2 years.

🔎 30-Day Lens Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your vision, Dr. Verret will recheck your prescription at no charge. If your prescription has changed, we will remake your lenses at no charge within 30 days.

Non-adaptation to progressives or bifocals:

• Progressives remade into bifocals – no refunds or extra charges.
• Progressives/bifocals remade into one pair of single vision – no refunds or extra charges.
• Remade into two single vision pairs – second frame and second pair of lenses are charged.

🖼️ Using Your Own Frame

If you choose to use your own frame for new lenses, you acknowledge that the office and lab are not responsible for damage or breakage during lens insertion or adjustments.

⭐ Manufacturer Warranties

• Frames include a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects (one-time replacement).
• Warranty begins when glasses are ready for pickup.
• Does not include accidental damage, final-sale, non-branded, or Medi-Cal frames.
• No-glare lenses include a 1-year warranty (one-time replacement).
• Lenses without no-glare (including Medi-Cal) do not have a warranty.

❗ Cancellations

👓 Glasses

Once paid (full, 60% down, or financed), glasses are ordered immediately and lenses are custom-made. If canceled, there is a 60% lens cancellation fee and $30 frame fee.

👁️ Contact Lenses

Contact lenses may be returned within 15 days for a full refund. Boxes must be unopened, undamaged, and unexpired. A $40 restocking fee applies.
